If you find our products are not compatible, corrupt or are missing on download, 85% will be refund (when a seller refunds a transaction to a buyer, the fees originally paid will not be returned to the seller).As part of our refund policy you must allow us sufficient time to remedy the problem. Most issues are resolved within 3 days and if we cannot resolve any issue within 3 days we will provide a refund.
If you are happy to continue with your purchase and download the files, please test your products to with the 10-day period to ensure satisfaction. After that time, we are still able to assist with any problems with our unlimited support policy but are unable to provide a refund.
